SOUND SYSTEMS and MUSIC EQUIPMENT:

 

Camp facilities and spaces are often less than ideal when it comes to acoustics and ergonomics. When planning for PA systems, recording set-ups, and remote sound rigs at summer camp, it is essential to work within the confines of the space and budget, and be creative with audio solutions.

 

My experience with recording studio and live sound set-ups for independent artists translated easily to the camp environment, where I’ve worked with camps like Beber Camp and Perlman Camp to plan and implement cost-effective audio solutions, and train staff on use of the equipment.

 

Often equipment that a camp already has on-hand can be used in new ways, and when equipment needs to be ordered, my relationships with national companies such as Guitar Center allow me to purchase equipment below cost and bring in projects under budget.
